Products like brushes, combs, and products with open seals are nonrefundable. When you do a return here at beYOUty.com you must give us all the information that is needed in order for us to complete the return in an efficient and timely manner. If the information that we need is not fully provided to us then we have the right to deny a return at any time.

- If you are not completely satisfied with your order, within 30 days of the date on this receipt, you may return original condition merchandise to beYOUty.com by using the beYOUty.com mailing address. Return and shipping costs are NOT refundable. You must include a copy of your sales receipt or packing slip in the return and use the original box that the products were shipped in to complete the return. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any product that has been opened or used, except in the rare instance that a product may be defective.
